Overview
This privacy policy sets out how IMSM Australia collects, uses and protects any information you provide when you use this website. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
By using this website or submitting an enquiry, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in this policy.
Information we collect
When you submit our enquiry or quote form, we collect the details you provide: your name, business email, phone number (optional), the ISO standard you're interested in, your approximate number of staff, and any message you include.
We also automatically collect anonymous information about your visit through cookies and analytics tools, such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and how you arrived at the site.
How we use your information
We use the details you submit to respond to your enquiry, prepare your fixed-fee quote, and provide information about ISO certification. Form submissions are transmitted securely to our customer relationship management system (Zoho) so we can manage and follow up your enquiry.
Where you have requested information or a quote, we may contact you about your enquiry and related certification services. You can opt out of non-essential communications at any time by replying to any message or emailing us.
Disclosure of your information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share it with trusted service providers who help us operate this website and respond to you, for example our CRM and workflow provider (Zoho) and analytics/advertising providers (Google), and only so they can perform those services. We may also disclose information where required or authorised by law.
Cookies, analytics & advertising
We use cookies to improve your experience and to understand how the site is used. We use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads, including enhanced conversions, to measure the performance of our advertising.
We may use Google Signals, a feature of Google Analytics that can associate visit information with Google data from signed-in users who have consented to this for ads personalisation. The insights we receive are aggregated and anonymised. You can review and control your Google ad settings, and access or delete data Google holds, through your Google account. You can also disable cookies in your browser, though some parts of the site may not function as intended.
Data security
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to safeguard the information you provide.
Overseas storage
Some of our service providers (including Zoho and Google) may store or process information on servers located outside Australia. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled consistently with the APPs.
Accessing and correcting your information
You can request access to the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by contacting us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time by updating this page. We recommend checking it periodically so you remain aware of any changes.
